I have been practicing ventriloquism since I started building Gregory Grackle when I was eight. Since then, Gregory has paid a visit to every university level class I have taught, starting at San Diego State University in 1976. He has also visited preschools and elementary schools, entertained at parties, and co-taught reading classes for Head Start students for an entire summer.

Gregory’s work in college classrooms was cited in The Chronicle of Higher Education, but he is not impressed by this.
